Continuous AI Security.

AI red teaming and AI penetration testing that runs alongside your releases: one AI application, scheduled test rounds each month, and the changes you flag in time tested within the agreed scope before they reach your users.

What each month includes

  • Month 1, baseline: a full assessment of your AI application, unless you start from an AI Security Assessment
  • Scheduled test rounds on an agreed cadence, covering the model, prompt and tool changes you flag, plus hands-on testing of new features
  • Change review: new tools and MCP integrations reviewed before they go live, when flagged at least 5 business days before release
  • Quarterly: a deeper test within the agreed scope, scheduled inside the monthly capacity

What a flagged change is

A change to your AI application that you flag by email or in a shared channel before the next test round, for example:

  • a new model or model version
  • a system prompt change
  • a new tool or MCP integration
  • a new AI feature, such as file upload or web search
  • a change to what the AI can access or do

Changes that are not flagged are not tested automatically, so flagging is what keeps the testing aligned with your releases.

Timelines

  • a reply within two business days to schedule a flagged change
  • results within 5 business days of each test round: confirmed findings with evidence and remediation, or a short note on what was tested
  • confirmed critical issues reported the same day
  • a short monthly report: the changes tested, the findings and the open risks

What you receive

  • Reproduced findings, each with its impact and evidence
  • Remediation naming the location and the change, or saying where the fix is a design decision
  • A summary for management written for a reader who will not open the technical section
  • Retesting of the fixes for reported issues, within the agreed scope

Written to be handed straight to whoever asked for it: security questionnaires, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 evidence, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF work, procurement or investor review.

Who it is for

AI SaaS teams, agencies that build chatbots for their clients, and firms in finance, insurance and law: anyone whose AI talks to customers or touches their data, with developers but no one whose job is to attack it.

Terms

The application, the test-round cadence, the monthly testing capacity and the turnaround are fixed in a written quote before any work starts. The plan is invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled on one month’s notice.
